Katharina and Stefan Miklauz are the dedicated founders of the PetCo Group. Their journey together began with a meeting during a dog walk, which soon led to an inspiring business relationship.

Katharina, who grew up in an animal-loving family, wanted to offer her Golden Retriever Nala only the best, locally produced food. Despite intensive searching, she was unable to find a suitable product. Stefan had a similar request for his dog Pluto. Together, they recognised the gap in the market and founded PetCo GmbH in 2014 to fulfil precisely this need. Their first brand, DOG'S LOVE, was quickly met with great approval and showed that other pet owners were also looking for high-quality, regionally produced food.

The founding of the CAT'S LOVE, WOW and PURE NATURE brands followed as natural extensions of the success of DOG'S LOVE. The constant demand motivates the founding couple to provide as many animals as possible with healthy, sustainable feed.
